Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-09-23. This policy explains what data ToolFlint ("we") collects when you use https://toolsite-web.pages.dev, and why.

1. Files you process

Tools marked "Runs in your browser" process files entirely on your device. The files are not transmitted to us and we cannot access them. Server-assisted tools transmit the file over HTTPS, process it in memory and delete it immediately; no copy is retained and file contents are not logged.

2. Analytics

We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views by page, country, browser and device class. No personal identifiers are collected and no cross-site tracking takes place.

3. Advertising

We may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites, subject to your consent where required by law (UK GDPR / PECR, EU GDPR). You can manage your choice via the consent banner and at Google Ads Settings. Details of Google's use of data are at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

4. Contact messages

If you email us, we keep the message for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of bug reports. We do not add you to any list.

5. Your rights

Under UK and EU data-protection law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold. Because we hold almost none, this is usually a very short conversation: write to hello@toolflint.com.

6. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Changes

Changes to this policy are noted on the changelog.
